Don't wait, move!
Exercise is extremely important. The Department of Health and Human Services recommends adults between the ages of 18 and 64 exercise moderately for at least two hours and thirty minutes per week.
If you desire, exercise can be entirely free. In your office area, you can do several bodyweight exercises and stretches. For an added level of convenience and potential, consider getting some equipment.
